Oakland police have confirmed they are investigating an incident at the weekend’s MLB baseball game between the Oakland Athletics and the Seattle Mariners.
Police spokeswoman Candace Keas said the charge was “lewd acts in public”.
Their statement continued: “Police were only brought to the attention of this incident after the game and we have been told that Athletics staff/cameras did not take video footage of it during the game. We have launched an investigation. However, those involved have not been identified and no one has been arrested to this date.”
What happened?
A video posted to social media shows a couple in the stands at the RingCentral Coliseum. The footage shows a woman apparently having oral sex with a man for five seconds.
If the couple are charged and convicted, they face up to six months behind bars and/or a fine of up to €1,000, the portal reports. TMZ“.
