After the seniors’ competitions, at the 2022 European clay pigeon shooting the debut of the juniors has arrived. First day of trap, both for men and women.
In the initial session of the men’s qualification to command the group is the blue Emanuele Iezzi, with a score of 71/75 (24-23-24), who places him in the lead together with the Slovak Timotej Toth and the Czech Lukas Buchal; instead with Riccardo Mirabile at 70 (24-23-23) and Matteo D’Ambrosi, a little more late at 67 (22-22-23) however in a good position to fight for a place among the top eight tomorrow.
In women, however, it was the French who made the big voice Loemy Recasens, with 72 of the 75 available targets crumbled (24-25-23); in a battery in which Sofia Littame (68/75), Giorgia Lenticchia (65/75) and Marika Patera (64/75) they defended themselves, albeit without shining, and remain largely in the running for the next round.
The second qualifying session is scheduled for tomorrow, that of further 50 targets, the semifinals and then the individual finals to assign the continental medals.
