Usyk holds the World Boxing Association (WBA), International Boxing Federation (IBF) and World Boxing Organization (WBO) championship belts, as well as the International Boxing Organization (IBO) title.

Fury, on the other hand, is the World Boxing Council (WBC) champion.

“I know the Arabs definitely have the money for this fight. They once paid Tiger Woods one billion dollars, but I’m asking them for 500 million. As for Usik, he was still being breastfed when I was the British heavyweight champion ,” Fury said in an interview with “talkSPORT”.

Earlier, Fury said that he is giving a week to anyone who wants to organize this fight. If the Briton is not offered the required amount for the fight by September 1, he will withdraw his participation.

Fury debuted in professional boxing in 2008, and Usyk five years later.

Fury’s promoter Frank Warren previously told BBC Radio 5 that the teams of both boxers are interested in holding a fight for the title of absolute champion.

“Daily Mail” reported that the duel between the two boxing stars could take place on December 17 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

In the professional ring, 34-year-old Fury has 33 fights behind him, of which 32 wins and one draw. 23 times he defeated his opponent by knockout. The list of defeated boxers includes such names as Deontay Wilder, Derek Chisora, Wladimir Klitschko and others.

On the other hand, the 35-year-old Usik has won all 20 fights, 13 of them by knockout. In January 2018, he defeated Mairi Briedi by points in the first heavyweight category semifinal of the first season of the World Boxing Super Series in Riga.
