An enthusiastic trainer (BWF level 1) for 2 lessons per week immediately. Classes take place on Tuesdays between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The lessons are offered from Sports Center de Bongerd to student badminton club De Lobbers.
The Lobbers currently have more than 100 (student) members, varying in level from beginners to advanced. You are responsible for training the competition players.
De Lobbers participate in the Badminton Netherlands competition.
The competition players come out in the 4e t/m 8e division.

• A driven, ambitious trainer who shows clear leadership and who has an eye for the association’s interests.
• A trainer who stands above the group’, but if possible / necessary also dares to stand ‘in between’ and who is part of the social hour after a match.
• Being able to deal with the target group ”student” and an ambitious group of players in which the training sessions must be prepared and completed in a competition-oriented and result-oriented way.
• Pays attention to the promotion of existing members and the integration of new students.
• A trainer who can support players in improving their tactics and technique.
• Someone who fits into the current club culture.
The following competencies are important for a good performance of the position: customer focus, cooperation, sociability, performance, coaching, flexibility, passion for the sport and an excellent command of the English language.
We offer
YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS
A temporary appointment with immediate effect until September 1, 2023 with a view to permanent employment, with a weekly task of 2 teaching hours (= 2.8 hours paid) per week. The salary is min. 2818,– to max. 3764,– gross per month for a full-time appointment. Scale 8, HAY profile sports teacher 3.
