Seoul City Council Member Choi Min-gyu (People’s Power, Dongjak 2) started to take active steps to resolve civil complaints on-site, starting with the improvement of Boramae Park facilities.

Boramae Park (total area 413,352㎡) is a representative grand park in the southwestern part of Seoul, but as major facilities such as badminton courts and multi-purpose stadiums are aging, there may be matters requiring renovation or repair, or citizens who are experiencing inconvenience in using facilities due to lack of convenient facilities. is increasing

Accordingly, Rep. Choi conducts an on-site investigation, consults with the Boramae Park management department on measures to deal with complaints, and seeks ways to improve park facilities to enhance the safety and convenience of residents.

Rep. Choi said, “Boramae Park is a large-scale and diverse sports facility, and many local residents enjoy leisure activities such as rest and exercise. However, there are parts of the facility that are aging as much as it has a long history, so it is time to take overall measures to improve the safety and convenience of residents.”

In addition, he said, “We will not stop at solving one-time complaints, but we will come up with a fundamental solution to the problems that occur on a regular basis so that the inconvenience of the residents will not be repeated.”
