A 20 year old from Caserta was denounced by the Carabinieri because once stopped for a check, the military found in car an ax it’s a mazza and baseball. The search took place in Fontana Perrelli and now the boy will have to answer for the crime of carrying weapons and offending objects.
Ax and baseball bat in the car: 20-year-old denounced from Caserta
A 20-year-old from the province of Caserta was denounced for carrying weapons and offending objects. The young man, during the checks on the territory, was stopped in his car in Fontana Perrelli.
The search
During the search, the military found a baseball bat with a length of 60 centimeters and an ax with a length of 35. The two weapons were impounded and the young man reported.
Two other young people reported
As part of the same checks, the carabinieri reported two boys from Napoli. The first was surprised inside the home of the youngest, despite the precautionary measure of probation with social services. The second, on the other hand, was subjected to house arrest in Scauri. Furthermore, the former provided false general information.
The second, younger, was denounced for allowing his friend to enter his home by violating the regulations imposed on him.
