The Fuenlabrada Basketball first team will be renamed Carplus Fuenlabrada, after the club and the company specializing in the sale of used and second-hand vehicles reached an agreement for it to become the main sponsor of the Madrid team for the next three seasons , until the 2024-25 academic year.
Thus, the team extends a relationship born last March and Carplus Fuenlabrada becomes the name of the Madrid team in the Endesa League. In addition, players will be able to drive cars from the new fleet made available by Carplus during the season.
The Managing Director and Global COO of Carplus, Paulo Moreira, assured that the company is “very satisfied” with the agreement. “After our first agreement closed last March, we were able to see first-hand that the club shared many of the values that are so important to us at Carplus: resilience, teamwork, effort, self-improvement… “, he stated. “We believe that team and success always go together, and that is why we are confident that this association will make us much stronger. We hope to achieve many achievements together,” he added.
For his part, the president of the club, José Quintana, recognized that it is “a joy to go hand in hand with a growing company like Carplus”. “We are very happy.
