The teachers and the office of the Judo Club Gascon are working hard to start the season on a high note and to receive the judokas in very good conditions.
Leisure judo, competitive judo, Taïso and also Jujitsu, there will be something for everyone…
The teachers (all graduates) will supervise the practice of judo, jujitsu and taïso, they will accompany, follow the judokas on the animations and the competitions in order to improve their progress even more.
Back to the dojo on September 6
The return of the club will take place, at the Réthourie dojo (opposite the Carnot college) from Tuesday 6
September at 5.30 p.m. for 6 and 7 year olds, at 6.15 p.m. for 8/11 year olds and at 7.15 p.m. for 12 year olds and over and from Saturday September 10 at 9.30 a.m. for judo awakening: 4 year olds at 9.30 a.m. and 5 years at 10:30 a.m.
Taïso (good for flexibility and muscle strengthening) will begin on Wednesday September 7 at 6:05 p.m.
For each discipline, new practitioners will have the opportunity to take a trial lesson.
