ATP Kitzbühel: Yannick Hanfmann says goodbye in the semifinals – Filip Misolic is defeated in the final

On Friday, the encounter was initially interrupted and then canceled due to increasing rain at the beginning of the decisive tie-break.

In the short duel the following day, Misolic, who was acclaimed by the home crowd, got the upper hand and secured the final ticket. Hanfmann, who lost in the 2020 Kitzbühel final against the Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic, went away empty-handed.

For the 20-year-old Misolic, who played his first ATP tournament in Kitzbühel, there was only a short breather: After the game against Hanfmann, number three seeded Roberto Bautista Agut was waiting in the final.
