Bandé was born on October 30, 1998 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. On July 1, 2018, he came over from the Belgian KV Mechelen. On July 13 of the same year, he was seriously injured during an exhibition game with RSC Anderlecht, which was followed by a long period of rehabilitation.
On October 19, 2019, the attacker made his debut for Ajax during the Ajax Jong FC Utrecht (4-0) match. In total, Bandé came into action for the promises eight times.
The attacker was rented out to Swiss club FC for a season and a half during the winter break of the 2019/2020 season Thun, but after half a season, Bandé returned to Amsterdam. From 2020 to 2022, the Burkinese played on a rental basis for the Croatian club NK Istria 1961.
