A nuisance for Sparta? Hancko is again associated with going abroad

The departure of the Argentine Senesi will mean a huge blow to the defensive link for the Dutch team. The team from Rotterdam, which defeated Vitesse 5:2 in the opening round of the new league season, is immediately looking for an alternative as a stable member of the starting line-up. And apparently he threw the lasso at Slovakian representative Dávid Hancka, who, according to the Dutch media, is linked with leaving Letná.

“Feyenoord has warm ties with Tomáš Rosicky, Sporting Director of Sparta Prague. According to the latest information, Feyenoord is interested in defender Dávid Hanck,” reports a well-informed Dutch media outlet.

A possible transfer of the twenty-four-year-old defender will be used for the millions just obtained from the departure of Senesi to the English Bournemouth, which is to spend more than 12 million pounds (less than 350 million crowns) for the services of the talented representative. Part of the transfer fee will go to the account of the Argentine club San Lorenzo, where Senesi worked before the Dutch stint.

If the speculation about Hanck’s transfer is confirmed, Sparta will have a noticeable weakening in the defensive ranks. The reason for going abroad could be the absence of European cups, from which the Leten team already won in the 2nd preliminary round of the Conference League. At the same time, Feyenoord’s interest was speculated as early as mid-July, but then no agreement was reached between the clubs.
