Wimbledon > Nadal hit in the abs, goodbye Wimbledon?

New concern around Rafael Nadal.

While he no longer seems to suffer too much from his left foot, a new injury could bother him for the rest of Wimbledon. The Mallorcan plays his 2e turn against Ricardas Berankis this Thursday afternoon with an abdominal strap. The image was captured by one of his obviously concerned fans.

This discomfort could explain his unusual difficulties on the forehand side.

Depending on the intensity of this pain, Nadal will probably find it difficult to get a 3e title at Wimbledon. This is just a query for now. The principal concerned should make some revelations on this subject at a press conference.

To be continued.
