The Valonsadero Badminton closes the end of the course

Sensational end of the year for the Valonsadero Badminton Club before the summer break.

The news of Valonsadero Badminton in recent weeks has been marked by continuous joy as a result of the excellent work it has been doing.

Carmen Carro, Irene Gárate and Hugo Sanz, along with the rest of the children’s regional team, reached fourth place in the Spanish Championship of Regional Teams held in Santander.

Los volantistas del Valonsadero had a significant contribution to this result, especially in the quarterfinal round, when between the three of them they achieved the four points necessary to reach the semifinals.

With no time to rest and with the incorporation of Ian Antón and his coach Carlos Palero, the promises from Soria met with the best Spanish badminton rackets in sub13 and sub15 categories in the National Concentration of the Champion Wanted Program, the prestigious program of the Spanish Federation for the development of young talents in this sport. During four days of training, the five members of Valonsadero Bádminton, the club with the highest representation in the event, were able to learn and share experiences directed by the national coach Ernesto García.

And as if all this were not enough and spoke of the leap in quality that the appearance of the Valonsadero Club in Soriano badminton has meant, Carmen Carro has recently been summoned again by the Spanish National Team to participate in the U15 European Championship that will be held in Ibiza from September 21 to 24.

Merited rest for the Valonsadero Badminton Club before facing the next challenges in the second part of the 2022 season.
