The Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) denounces the treatment of Denis by Celta, after the team did not invite the player to travel to the tour of Mexico and the United States. The association has sent a letter to Mouriño to convey that “they will take the necessary legal actions to defend the footballer’s labor rights”. The AFE requests that the exclusion of Denis Suárez be avoided, so that he can carry out the full training sessions and the rest of the technical and preparatory activities under the same conditions as his teammates.
Reaffirming the words of the AFE, Toni Roca, a lawyer specializing in football, defends the position of the footballer forcefully. “Separating a player from training with the rest of his teammates is mobbing.
