The author learned that the teams participating in the final competed through a 4×30-second single-shake relay competition. The competition venue was a 5-meter-by-5-meter square. The four athletes were in the four corners of the square. Complete the 30-second single-shake rope skipping relay in turn, and the top 3 winning teams will receive prizes.
