The pandemic paralyzes club operations – Teningen

At TuS Teningen, additional spending resulted in a minus in the cash register.

(BZ). At the most recent general meeting of TuS Teningen, there were individual reports from the five departments of fitness, judo, athletics, table tennis and gymnastics, as well as statements by the chairman, Simon Ferroni, on the work and projects tackled by the board. There have been six board meetings since September 2021. Topics here were the corona measures and hygiene concepts in the departments, job descriptions for the respective positions to be filled in the main club, foundation offers for defibrillators in Teninger sports facilities, membership fees, first aid training, member honoring, positions to be filled on the board, the future workshop and master data cleansing.

Ferroni also took over the cash report for the interim treasurer Ulrich Richter, who was absent at short notice. Despite Corona and the resulting additional expenses, without which it would not have been possible to maintain training operations and implement the Corona hygiene regulations, the club is still in good shape, even if a minus was generated in 2021. This was also possible thanks to the financial support of the municipality of Teningen.

Elections: After approval, the assembly was able to elect a new treasurer, Vera Bauer. The office of secretary could not be filled.

Honors: Eva Hess and Karin Bach received the gold badge of honor and a certificate for 40 years of loyalty, solidarity and membership.
