The law is very clear and for everyone, says Deputy on school tennis shoes with Morena colors

CULIACÁN._ The law is very clear and applies to everyone, was the response of the local Deputy Luis Javier de la Rocha Zazueta to the new design of the sports shoes of the state program of Free Provision of Uniforms, which includes the official colors of the Government of Sinaloa .

“The law is very clear, it must be the official seal of the state of Sinaloa and it cannot have any type of color or resemble any political party, in this case the Morena, red, reddish color, it cannot be included in the footwear. “, object.

The tender with number GES 18/2022 for the purchase of 91 thousand pairs of sports shoes for preschool students specifies that they must bear the official state seal in gray, “Sinaloa” in red and “State Government” in capital letters and gray color.

However, article 5 of the Law on Free Endowment of Uniforms, Sports Shoes and School Supplies of the State of Sinaloa prohibits all kinds of phrases, logos, slogans, stamps or colors on shoes and uniforms that imply personalized promotion of a public servant. , political party, organizations or unions.

Due to the above, the Deputy of the parliamentary group of the Institutional Revolutionary Party assured that they will point out this violation of the law, since it was in 2020 when the Morena group promoted the initiative to make these reforms to the law.

“They themselves proposed it, they themselves forced it, they themselves voted for it, now it turns out that they don’t want to comply with it, it’s like going backwards,” he charged.

“It is something that as opposition we do not agree with, we are not going to shut up and of course I am going to point it out, I will make it known to the committee… we are going to face it and we are going to say it: complying with the law is the priority , legal certainty, respect legal certainty, respect the rule of law, now respect the opposition”.

He also recalled that in 2020, when the reform to this law was approved, thousands of shoes with the “Puro Sinaloa” logo, the hallmark of Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel, were discarded, so if there were shoes with this new design, they would have to be re-manufactured.

“In fact, they came to the top of ‘Puro Sinaloa,’ and nearly 40,000 shoes were left in the process because this law passed… I hope they have not spent money because it will be an expense, if they do not comply with the rules, they have to do them again,” he said.

The local deputy assured that the opposition will work to guarantee the rule of law for the benefit of Sinaloans.

“We are going to continue fighting for legal certainty, for a rule of law, that they do not hit it, that they do not trample on it and above all, the most important thing, is for the benefit of the people of Sinaloa, they do not take advantage of the fact that now it turns out that they are the unequal, the lawbreakers”, he concluded.
