Some people got a preview of the series coming out at film festivals in the United States. However, the show’s official release date is August 12. The series will be released on Amazon Prime and FobuTV.

Amazon has ordered eight episodes of A leg to be stable, though it’s unclear whether all eight will be released at the same time or if the first three will drop before re-entering a weekly schedule. It is unknown if the show will receive a second season. Amazon’s restart attempt isn’t the first of its kind. In 1993, CBS attempted a series based on the famous film. Only six episodes were shot. The series was considered a disaster, despite including several key actors from the film.
