SLAM DUNK: New movie version animation “THE FIRST SLAM DUNK” Shohoku 5 people’s visual “Amateur is bad?”

The poster visuals of the members of the Shohoku High School basketball club appearing in the new movie version animation “THE FIRST SLAM DUNK” (released on December 3) of Takehiko Inoue’s masterpiece basketball manga “SLAM DUNK” have been released. The faces of the main characters Sakuragi Hanamichi, Rukawa Kaede, Akagi Takenori, Miyagi Ryota, and Hisashi Mitsui are drawn respectively. On the official Twitter, the visuals will be released sequentially from July 2nd, and the visuals of 5 people will be available on the 6th.

Each visual is accompanied by a copy. Miyagi Ryota is “Is it bad for a problem child?”, Hisashi Mitsui is “Is it bad for a former junior high school MVP?”, Kaede Rukawa is “Is it bad for myself?” Is a content that gives a glimpse of the charm of each character, “Is it bad with Gori?”

“Slam Dunk” is a basketball manga serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” (Shueisha) from 1990 to 1996. Joined Shohoku High School Basketball Club because of a bad boy with red hair, Sakuragi Hanamichi. Under Professor Anzai, the story is about aiming for national domination with captains Akagi Takenori, Rukawa Kaede, Miyagi Ryota, Hisashi Mitsui, Kiminobu Kogure and others. TV animation was broadcast from 1993 to 1996.

The new movie version is directed by the original author, Mr. Inoue, and also writes the script.
