Over the weekend the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Parma carried out numerous checks in the areas deemed most sensitive and in the vicinity of the discos of the province. Overall, over 180 people were identified and more than 100 vehicles checked; various complaints and administrative reports.
During the checks at the discos, outside one located in the Parma area, the military checked some young people: one of them was found in possession of over 30 grams of hashish. Several complaints in the city: in Via Emilia Est a 62-year-old was reported for theft who, shortly before being stopped by the patrol, had stolen goods from a shop; a 24-year-old from the Dominican Republic, burdened by various precedents, was stopped while traveling along via Mazzini on a stolen bicycle and was reported for receiving stolen goods. Still in the city center, two men aged 27 and 40 were arrested and reported for abusive carrying of offending objects: the youngest had a baseball bat and a switchblade while the other was spinning with a knife over 20 cm long. . Several young people reported to the Prefecture as drug users who in the various controls were found with a total of 15 grams of hashish and marijuana.
