NBA star Dennis Schröder has been honored for 50 international matches in the German national basketball team.
The 28-year-old point guard, who last played for the Houston Rockets, received a framed picture in Bremen before the World Cup qualifier against Poland that showed the basketball player in the national jersey.
Schröder had previously played his 50th international match at 88:57 in Estonia, it was his first appearance for Germany in almost three years. President Ingo Weiss and Vice President Armin Andres presented the award.
