Nagelsmann is open to a Ronaldo transfer

Even though Oliver Kahn recently made it very clear that Bayern are not interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo, the rumors surrounding a possible move to Munich continue. According to current media reports, Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann is said to be quite open to a Ronaldo transfer.

“As much as I appreciate Cristiano Ronaldo as one of the greatest: a transfer would not fit into our philosophy,” emphasized Kahn recently in an interview with “kicker”. Even if the 53-year-old would not be a friend of a Ronaldo coup, there are said to be supporters of a transfer within FCB, as the “kicker” claims to have found out. Julian Nagelsmann also seems to be one of them.

Nagelsmann would welcome Ronaldo signing

As the “AS” reporter Manu Sainz reports, Nagelsmann would “welcome a Ronaldo commitment”. Accordingly, the 34-year-old sees the Portuguese as a suitable successor to Robert Lewandowski.

According to reports, FC Bayern is the dream destination of the five-time world footballer. CR7 should even be willing to give up large parts of his salary to move to FCB. Rumor has it that Ronaldo advisor Jorge Mendes would like to start a new attempt in Munich as soon as Lewandowski has left the club. Mendes actively sought contact with the Bayern bosses back in June and brought Ronaldo into play as a potential Lewy successor.
