Morelos defeats Guerrero 60-57 in the National Women’s U17 – El Sol de Cuautla

The Morelos women’s basketball team was light and shadow at the start of the U17 National Championship which takes place in the city of Pachuca, state of Hidalgo, from July 20 to 24.

The Zapatista team opened its participation in the event at an early hour with a victory against its counterpart from Guerrero in a spectacular game that ended with a score of 60 points to 57.

Nevertheless, in a second game of the day, in the afternoon the Morelos representation succumbed to the Baja California squad with a result of 65 points to 38.

For those from the northern state it was their second victory of the day after beating the Jalisco team in their debut by another wide margin of 41 to 25, for which they are in the leadership of the sector.

The tournament that is organized in the “Bella Airosa” by the Mexican Basketball Sports Association (ADEMEBA), brings together 24 squads They were placed in six groups of four teams, from A to F.

Morelos is located precisely within group F having as rivals in the first group round the two teams that it has already facedin addition to Jalisco who will be measured on the third day that is played this Friday.
