Marina Mata and Nicolás Gilaberte with the Aragonese basketball team | Present

Marina Mata and Nicolás Gilaberte, from Barbastro, who trained in the ranks of Unión Basket Barbastro, have once again been called up with the Aragón women’s and men’s youth teams to participate in the Spanish Championships of Autonomous Basketball Teams that are held in Huelva from January 3 to 7, 2020.

The two players face it with the utmost enthusiasm after the preparation they have carried out with the Aragonese team. The rivals they will have are the Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Cantabria and Madrid for boys and Melilla, Asturias, Ceuta and Cantabria for girls.

Marina Mata was recently summoned by the Spanish Women’s U15 National Team in Zamora to prepare for the Friendship Tournament to be held this coming summer.

In addition to Marina Mata and Nicolás Gilaberte, Jaime Antoni is also part of the cadet team, as a physiotherapist, representing Alto Aragonese basketball.
