On the occasion of the Olympic and Paralympic day of June 23, the pupils of all the classes of the elementary school of Marciac took part in a sports meeting. They thus confronted each other, in inter-class teams, around Olympic sports (javelin, hurdling, archery, speed) and Paralympic (running with a guide). They were also led to reflect on peace: why is it important, how can it be done?
This whole morning took place inside the new Marciac gymnasium, which children and adults discovered for the first time.
The morning ended around the tree of peace to which all
had thought about it and each added their message.
