Manchester City know the name of their new midfielder. The Citizens announced on Monday the arrival of Kalvin Phillips from Leeds.
49 million euros, this is the sum paid by the Sky Blues to afford the services of this British midfielder. The announcement was made on the morning of Monday, July 4. Kalvin Phillips has signed a contract that binds him to the reigning English champion until June 2028.
“It’s a dream come true to have joined Manchester City. Now I can’t wait to get started and look to try and help the team and keep getting more success”, hastened to declare the middle of the Three Lions. Kalvin Phillips will have played 232 games for Leeds United (13 goals and 13 assists).
