He is considered one of the next big fish in the soccer pond. Liverpool got him!
The Reds transferred 75 million euros to Benfica Lisbon at the beginning of the transfer summer for storm newcomer Darwin Nuñez (23). He was the absolute dream player of coach Jürgen Klopp (55) to rebuild the Reds’ attack in the course of Sadio Mané’s impending move to Bayern Munich. And struck straight away!
After a rather mixed debut in the 0: 4 against ManUnited, Nuñez scored four times (48th, 51st, 68th, 90th) in the test against Bundesliga club RB Leipzig (5: 0) after his substitution at the break.
And the snapper then showed how fit the Uruguayan is in a photo posted on Instagram.
You can see it: Nuñez in swim shorts and a peaked cap, carrying a big fish. Not to be overlooked: his mega six-pack and his completely tattooed right leg.
No question: Klopp seems to have made a good catch with him …
