Judo Trani, two athletes will represent Puglia at the Coni trophy

Excellent news arrives from the Fighting sector for the Trani company Judo Trani and for the coach Nicola Loprieno, who has just returned from the UWW International Trophy “Matteo Pellicone” and the U20 European Wrestling Championship.

After having hit the Regional Championship and the Regional qualifications for the CONI Free Style Lotta Trophy, the athlete Ilario Musicco removes the ticket for the national phase and together with the athlete Domenico Occhionorelli, called up for the Greco-Roman wrestling, they prepare to represent our city and Puglia at the national stage of this prestigious Trophy, which will be held from 29 September to 2 October in Valdichiana Senese.

The technician Nicola Loprieno, satisfied with the result obtained, comments: “I am proud of my athletes who will participate in the CONI Trophy, a small Italian Olympics aimed at children under 14 registered with the Amateur Sports Associations (ASD) and Amateur Sports Societies (SSD), registered in the National Register of CONI. Every year, thousands of young athletes aspire to this experience and compete in the regional stages to reach the final proud to be able to represent their region.

Passion, dedication and sacrifice made it all possible! A heartfelt thanks to all my competitive and non-competitive athletes, to the technicians and collaborators who, with great passion, support me and contribute to the growth of the boys and the club. Again, an immense thanks to the parents, who, despite the many difficulties, encourage their children to practice sports.

Finally, the Judo-Lotta Trani, will be present in the square in front of the Villa Comunale of Trani from 11 to 13 August for the recreational sporting event “E-state with us 2022”.
