Judo: Iñaki Serrano and Lautaro Do Santo on their way to Brazil

Is about Inaki Serrano y Lautaro Do Santo that next Monday the 11th they will travel together with an Argentine delegation to the city of Porto Alegre where they will train and compete for four days at the Sogipa Club.

The members of CIJAA will represent the institution of our city and will be part of an activity that takes place year after year in the neighboring country’s club, one of the most important in South American judo.

They will be part of training sessions with judoka masters such as Moacir Mendez, Daniel Pires and Carlos Pereyra. They will also compete alongside wrestlers from the Rio de Janeiro country.

Regarding the expectations of the trip, Iñaki Serrano said that “we hope to learn many new things. Looking forward to going to the tournament and hopefully it goes well. The idea is to continue learning for future events such as the National Clausura”.

For his part, Lautaro Do Santo expressed that “it will be spectacular to be able to train more. The Brazilians have a very good order and the classes are excellent. I want to go to learn a lot.”

As for the training, they agreed that “it will surely be much harder than here and it will be good because we are going to meet many people related to the sport. The best judo in South America is in Brazil and that will be good”.
