After obtaining the Para-archery delegation this year, the federation is opening a position of Para-archery development agent on a permanent contract from the start of the school year to support the discipline.
The development officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating and supporting development projects. Its aim will be to structure the practice, to promote the reception and accessibility of people with disabilities in our affiliated structures and to increase the number of para-archery practitioners. He must therefore develop and lead partnerships, actions to promote the activity, while ensuring the administrative and financial management of projects and their evaluation. The development agent must also have a role of assistance and advice to the leaders of the clubs and the committees.
