Description of the offer
Dalkia Froid Solutions, a subsidiary of Dalkia specializing in energy services for industrial and tertiary processes, is recruiting a Responsable SAV to support the development of our agency in Le Mans (72).
Within the Operations Department (Maintenance, after-sales service and small works) of the Center Loire region, you ensure the development and management of the after-sales service and small works activity for professional customers in commercial, industrial and tertiary refrigeration and supervise the team of service technicians.
Reporting to the Head of the agency, you:
- Recruit and manage the team of after-sales service technicians by ensuring the development of their skills (hierarchical management)
- Plan the after-sales service and small works activity and organize the on-call service
- Develop the customer portfolio with the sales team
- Support the teams in the development of the activity in the region
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and customer advice (PED, fluids, etc.)
