Janošek transferred to Pilsen already in June 2018, but he did not permanently make it into the starting line-up in the intense competition. He played the most for Victoria during the big slump at the beginning of last season.
The former youth representative mostly went on loan – Pilsen loaned him to Mladá Boleslav, Zlín and most recently to Ostrava in the spring. Before that he also played for Slovácko and Brno. In the top competition, he has 105 starts and two goals.
