Caroline Flaisier was appointed, following an executive committee meeting on 15 July, general manager of the FFT. She succeeds Amelie Oudea-Castera appointed Minister of Sports and the Olympic and Paralympic Games on May 20. Caroline Flaisier will have the mission to develop the activities of the federation and the tournaments (Roland-Garros, Rolex Paris Masters, Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major), in an ambitious and innovative approach, with a long term vision. It will be in charge of guaranteeing the proper organization of the events of the Olympic and Paralympic Games which will take place at the stadium in 2024.

She will take up her duties at Stade Roland-Garros in mid-September. “Tennis and its values ​​have always had a very important role in my life, and joining the FFT is a huge honor. I approach this challenge with as much humility as enthusiasm.” declared the new DG.

Coming from the business world, Caroline Flaisier will put at the service of the federation his experience of the transformation of organizations in rapidly changing environments, and of the innovation enabled by digital technology. The common thread that structures his career – more than 20 years in the energy industry and energy transition, then in the recruitment of talent and managers – is the constant search for performance through proximity to the field, innovation, valuing the collective and diversity.

After two years in financial audit, Caroline joined the Total group in 2002, where she held various operational and functional positions, in particular those of digital & innovation director for the “Gas, Renewables & Power” branch. In 2018, Caroline was appointed Managing Director of ENGIE Entreprises et Collectivités, which she committed to an ambitious strategy centered around digital and environmental transition. In early 2022, she joined the talent management firm Korn Ferry.
