Between August 7 and 13, a new edition of the Silicon Valley Classic will be held in the Californian city of San José. This contest belongs to the WTA circuit with category 250, and is played on the hard courts of the San José State University Tennis Center. Share a week with Washington.

The WTA circuit will kick off the famous US Open Series with this event in the city of San José, in the state of California in the United States.
