Concert ‘Music against hate’ this Thursday in Holea

Holea will host this Thursday, July 21, a new show within its summer program the ‘Sparky Thursday’so that attendees can enjoy from 8:00 p.m. Live music day ‘Music against hate’ organized by the Cepaim Foundation.

The manager of Holea, Lucía Guisado, has shown the satisfaction of the center for hosting such an important solidarity initiative within the ‘Thursdays with Spark’, which are having a great reception among customers, with which Holea advances in its CSR program ‘Aquí Actuamos’, highlighting its social commitment to the city and province of Huelva and its decisive and permanent commitment to sports, solidarity and healthy initiatives that result in the development of its environment.

The conference, which is part of the ‘Deactivating xenophobia and racism’ program of the Cepaim Foundation, financed by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration and co-financed by the European Union, will feature performances by the Onujazz Association and the performance of traditional African music by various Foundation participants.

In addition to carrying out this action, the Cepaim Foundation will be present in Holea with an information stand to publicize the details of the ‘Deactivate xenophobia and racism’ initiative, as well as distribute different awareness materials for the celebration on Thursday of the European Day against Hate Crimes.

With this activity Fundación Cepaim and Holea come together with the aim of combating xenophobic and racist social attitudes and discourses that foster discrimination and even serious hate crimes, an important social problem that still persists today and of which they intend to raise awareness, through different actions for the promotion of interculturality and the positive impact of cultural diversity, to the whole society.

Also with the organization of the Cepaim Foundation and the collaboration of the Andalusian Badminton Federation, Holea will host an inclusive sport activity on Wednesday, July 20, starting at 7:00 p.m.

Specifically, the Plaza de la H de Holea will become a space enabled for the development of the ‘Badminton without Barriers’ initiative of the Andalusian Badminton Federation with the Huelva Badminton Club and which aims to accommodate all people, whether whatever their origin or their abilities, who want to start practicing this sport with the aim of generating a rich and diverse environment through it.
