Three service providers responded to the call for tenders for the school and out-of-school catering market. After analysis of the various criteria, the proposal of Armonys Restauration is retained. During the city council of Colpo (Morbihan)which was held on Wednesday June 29, 2022, Laurence Morvan, assistant in charge of service, specifies that the meals in the canteen are cooked on site and the menus prepared in consultation. In 2021, 18,959 meals were served, i.e. an average daily attendance of 137 rations. The assessment of the school catering service shows an expenditure of €113,207, for €69,820 in revenue (the contribution of families). The difference is paid for by the community.
To take inflation into account, a revaluation of the pricing is necessary. We propose an increase of 0.30 €
