Two important redevelopment interventions of sports facilities in the city of Chieti have been admitted to the financing through the funds of the Pnrr. In recent days, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers gave the go-ahead for the assignment of a total of 1.5 million euros to the benefit of the Municipality, which participated in the expression of interest in Cluster 1 and 2 for the Sport financing line and social inclusion. The projects will concern the redevelopment of the entire baseball field adjacent to the Angelini Stadium (1,000,000 planned investments) and the Colle dell’Ara sports hall (500,000 euros awarded). “These are funds that will allow us to recover two other structures that have long been waiting for redevelopment – so the mayor Diego Ferrara, the councilor for Public Works Stefano Rispoli and the councilor for Sport Manuel Pantalone – two fronts on which we can act, both very important, because they are once again usable and will allow us to further expand the offer of spaces for the city and for the territory “.
