Calvillo, Ags.- The City Council, through the municipal DIF, closed the Holiday Plan 2022, Summer that Transcends, at the facilities of the Raúl Martínez Velasco Children’s Park.
During these two weeks, 179 girls and boys had sports activities such as swimming, soccer, athletics, badminton, volleyball, among others. In addition, with the support of the scouts, the children rehabilitated an area of the park, planted trees and planted an orchard, they also learned and carried out actions on caring for the environment.
On this last day, the children had a day of games, challenges and songs, and their final activity consisted of making a mural with recycled plastic bottles; At the end, during the closing, a present was given to the participants.
In his message, the municipal president of Calvillo, Daniel Romo Urrutia, thanked the parents for the trust they gave to this Vacation Plan, and commented that they must be satisfied with the healthy coexistence that their children had and for everything they learned during these days. He encouraged the little ones to continue participating in this type of activity that reinforces their growth.
The mayor also thanked and recognized the participation of the municipal DIF, the Calvillo Scouts no.18, the municipal agencies and the volunteers, a whole great team involved not only in the daily activities, but also in the care of the children. minors.
