CANTÙ – Acqua S.Bernardo Pallacanestro Cantù announces that it has reached an agreement with the athletic trainer Luciano D’Ancicco. The latter takes over from Oscar Pedretti, to whom the club wishes to thank for the commitment made in the many sports seasons lived together.

THE CARREER
After Juvecaserta in the youth sector and various experiences in minor leagues, in 2006 he embarked on a career as a physical trainer, first at Artus Maddaloni and then at ViViBasket Napoli. After these first experiences, Serie A arrives with Martos Napoli; later, in 2010, he moved to Scafati, a team registered in the then Legadue. In 2013 another brief experience in Naples precedes his arrival in Ferentino, in Serie A2, where he remains until the 2016-’17 season; at the end of this year he accepts the proposal from Brescia, thus returning to the top flight. He will remain here for three consecutive seasons, until 2020. On D’Ancicco’s curriculum there is also a spent in the Italbasket staff dating back to the summer of 2019, at the training camp before the World Cup in China, with Sacchetti CT.
