Ludwigsburg (SID) – The MHP giants Ludwigsburg from the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) have signed the American Markell Johnson. As the club announced on Tuesday, the playmaker signed for the coming season. Most recently, Johnson (23) played for Pieno Zvaigzdes Pasvalys in Lithuania.
“He’s a fast, athletic playmaker who has an explosive start and is very good at pick and roll,” said new head coach Josh King. “He’s had a strong four-year collegiate career in North Carolina and is very good there been well educated.”
