Baník delayed the arrival of Letáček, another goalkeeper Budinský is visiting Pardubice

The 23-year-old Letáček has been training with the Ostrava team since the second day of summer training and has played in six games. In the 1:3 defeat with Žilina, he conceded a goal directly from a corner by Samuel Gidi. “He’s been here for a month and he’s already settled in with the team. We believe he’ll be a quality addition to our goalkeeping lineup,” said Baník’s sports director Alois Grussmann.

In the top competition, Letáček caught 23 matches for Pardubice and kept six clean sheets. The twenty-nine-year-old Slovak Budinský played for Ostrava and Bohemians 1905 in 39 duels and kept a clean sheet in eight. Twenty-four-year-old Chvěja started fourteen times in the league for Baník and Karvina, scoring once. Budinský and Chvěja have already completed training with Pardubice.
