A young player from UpB Bàsquet Gandia is summoned to a national rally

Her name is Nene Salam Aidara, she is a player of the Units pel Bàsquet Gandia alevín and infantil teams and the protagonist of a historical event, according to the club itself, by becoming the first member of the quarry of the entity from the capital of the Safor, both boys and girls, to participate in a national concentration of young talents in the sub12 category, which will take place from August 1 to 5 in Getafe.

The one who has been his coach in the last season, Manu Herrera, comments that Nene is from Gandia, is 1.80 meters tall, plays power forward, “although being so small they do not have a defined position”, and stands out for his physique and individual technique.

According to her coach, she is a versatile player due to her great handling of the ball and her great shot, both near and far, adding that “she is very cheerful, she always has a smile on her face and loves to play basketball, so much so that sometimes he goes to school with a ball. On the court she likes to help her teammates in defense and in attack she is generous with the team, since she always looks for the best option».

Nene Salam has also played this last season with the Valencian Community team in the Spanish championship for regional teams.
