BOLASPORT.COM – The Philippines U-19 national team coach, Christopher E Pedimonte admitted that the atmosphere of the match against Indonesia made his team nervous.

The Indonesian U-19 National Team won 5-1 over the Philippines in the fourth match of Group A of the 2022 AFF U-19 Cup at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, Friday (8/7/2022).

This victory makes Indonesia have the opportunity to qualify for the semifinals because currently they have collected 8 points.

Meanwhile, the Philippines has already been eliminated from the tournament.



The Philippines coach, Christopher E Pedimonte, highlighted the mentality of his players as the main factor in the crushing defeat to Indonesia.

Pedimonte alluded to the fans who were present at the Stadium.

“We really hoped for an atmosphere like this,” Pedimonte said post-match to reporters, including BolaSport.com.
