The main objective of the “Women’s Archery” operation was to make women and young girls want to come and discover archery during a specific open day organized by a club. About sixty clubs participated in the event and contributed to the achievement of this objective.
A draw was planned among the clubs organizing open doors.
The winning clubs are:
LES ARCHERS DU GOLF (BADEN 56)
VARANGÉVILLE ARCHERS (VARANGÉVILLE 54)
COMPANY OF TRICASTINE ARCHERS (SAINT-PAUL-TROIS-CHÂTEAUX 26)
Each club wins a reward that can reach a maximum of €500 among: support for a course for women and supervised by a professional, training for women licensed by the club, or purchase of equipment.
In order to boost this operation, the licensees were invited to share a video around women’s archery during the day of March 8 (international day of women’s rights) and to participate in the “Tir à l’arc Génération” contest. elle”, competition also offered to clubs.
Result of the competition “Archery Generation’elles clubs”
An online vote was organized to define the visual of the club which best represented in an original way the presence of women of all ages in archery. The winning club of this competition with more than 53% of the votes is: LES ARCHERS DES ROSEAUX (ERONDELLE 78).
The club won two awards worth up to €500 each from:
Support for training for female members of the club: manager, coach, referee
Equipment financing for the club
Support for an internship for the women of the club supervised by a professional participation of a champion.
Draw “Archery Generation’elles licensed”
The “Génération’elles licentié(e)s archery” competition was based on the publication or production of a video on March 8, 2022 on at least one social network highlighting its own practice or that of one or more several women who can be archers, leaders, coaches or referees.
A draw was made among the participants and it was Claire SOUCHAUD from the club LES ARCHERS LA VALLEE DU CLAIN (JAUNAY CLAN 86) who won a bow thanks to her post to discover below.
