It’s already the end for Wayne Rooney. As the English club has just published on its official website, Wayne Rooney informed Derby County Football Club on Friday that he wanted to be relieved of his duties as manager of the first team with immediate effect. A decision taken by the ex-legend of Manchester United after the relegation of the club to League One (3rd division) and a year and a half after his arrival on the bench of the Rams.
“Today I met with the administrators to inform them of my decision to leave the club. To be fair to them, they tried to get me to change my mind, but my decision was made. My time at the club has been a rollercoaster of emotions, ups and downs, but I have to say I enjoyed the challenge.”he explained on the club’s official website.
