Two golds for Coahuila at the start of judo in the CONADE nationals

Hermosillo, Sonora; June 17, 2022.- The Coahuila Judo delegation began with the right foot at the start of activities within the CONADE 2022 Nationals, based in the Multiple Use Center (CUM), in the City of Hermosillo.

Pablo Tadeo Garduño Moya made his debut at the CONADE Nationals and won Gold in the 13-14 Years Under 53 Kg Category.

As he passed through the competition, he left behind the judokas of Tamaulipas, Sinaloa and Baja California, to keep the gold medal.

For her part, in the Over 64 Kg Category, Hania López came to show that she was not going to settle for last year’s Bronze, and she made an effort to reach the Final and win the Gold by beating Nuevo León, from Mexico and Chihuahua.

In an interview, coach Jonathan Lee Mata Mier commented that the representatives of Coahuila, Hania and Pablo, came with a great preparation to face this commitment and seek the medals, and that both he and his brother, Marco Eliud Mata Mier, as coaches, They will continue with the legacy of their father, Carlos Mata Constancio, a great figure of Judo in the state, trainer of great athletes in this discipline.
