The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), launched an invitation to be part of its martial arts classes, which will be taught by instructors of the different techniques that are taught at the Maximum House of Studies.
The invitation was made through a publication with an image on the Twitter and Facebook platforms, in which it is indicated that these activities are carried out through the General Directorate of University Sports.
In this publication, it is noted that the classes are broadcast every Thursday, at 5:00 p.m., on Facebook Live of the UNAM Sport page.
Among the martial disciplines mentioned are Aikido, Judo, Lima Lama, Taekwondo, Shaolin Kung Fu and many more.
With this, the great diversity of martial arts continues to be demonstrated, which can be practiced by all kinds of people, and the UNAM endorses it with this type of activity.
