(hereinafter “Kings”), which operates the Ryukyu Golden Kings (hereinafter “Kings”) belonging to the B League. We are pleased to announce that we will acquire the shares of (Headquarters: Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Tatsuro Kimura, hereinafter “Okinawa Basketball Company”) on July 1, 2022 and participate in the capital.
Protosolution, whose corporate goal is “KANDOU COMPANY”, will deliver excitement to customers all over the world through sports and entertainment through a partnership with Kings, whose activity philosophy is “Make Okinawa more energetic!” We aim to realize it.
