Protect the sacred place of street basketball. Crowdfunding for generations park basketball court renovation project | EYESCREAM

A basketball court in Yoyo Park donated by Nike Japan Co., Ltd. to Tokyo in 2005. As a “sacred place” for Japanese street basketball, it has become a playground widely known both at home and abroad.

It has been loved by many players for 17 years, but the court was renovated only once in 2009. After that, although partial repairs have been carried out, the court has deteriorated over time, and now the floor is dented, scraped, cracked, etc., making it difficult to play safely. ..

Along with such deterioration, a renovation project「YOYOGI PARK PLAYGROUND Renovation Project」Crowdfunding has started. Aim for complete repair through this project.

The members of the executive committee consist of “ALL DAY”, the general association law pick-up playground, and the affiliated organization “General Association Law Person Shibutsu Future Design” in Shibutsu Ward. It is said that it will form a partnership with the park for generations and will renovate the court itself this summer.

The crowdfunding period is until 23:00 on July 15th (Friday). Check below for details.
