Negrepelisse. SCN Judo: great end to the season

It is with undisguised pleasure that the SC Nègrepelisse judo took possession of its new dojo. After a year and a half of scarcity in competition, the 2022 season saw the judokas return to the tatami and in the most beautiful way. Several results marked the end of the year. First of all, Clara Gaillard narrowly missed the podium at the French championships (1st div) in April in Paris. While Lilian Allaerts and Maelys Mahu qualified for the French championships (2nd div) in Clermont-Ferrand, an injury prevented Maelys from participating while Lilian failed in 8th after a tough fight against a judoka weighing more than 30 kg than him.

Black belt goal

Note the entry into competition of future black belts like René, while other judokas passed the tests to obtain the Grail of all judoka, the famous black belt. Some like Audrey and Christelle validated their UV 2 while Lilian passed her katas brilliantly. The latter will be close to the feat with 40 points, only 10 points from the final validation. Clara was getting her last points while Jade was closing in on the final goal with 30 points scored. Unfortunately, a few injuries will not allow us to achieve the perfect final table, but we bet that thanks to this new equipment, a new era is opening for Negrepelissien judo. The work of all pays off and the results obtained are proof of this. A good investment that must be welcomed at its fair value. Two appointments in June will mark the end of the season: Nègrepelisse will have the honor of hosting the general assembly of the departmental committee on June 9 and on June 10 the annual belt award ceremony in the large Aimé-Padié hall.
